This performance will bring Navid Kandelousi a gifted master virtuoso on violin and kamancheh back to Phoenix! Once again collaborating with Saman Mahmoudi (virtuoso) on percussion and santour, and Farhad Fallah, a new generation tombak and percussion Player.

Navid Kandelousi covers a vast range of music all the way from Western classical such as Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, and Vivaldi, to styles in Iranian classical such masters Tajvidi, Khorram and Badiyee.

Saman has performed Iranian classical music with a wide range of diversity and soulfulness. Together, the three musicians will take us on an improvisational journey through Iranian classical and world music for a memorable night!
