Nowruz is the day of the vernal equinox, and marks the beginning of spring in the Northern Hemisphere. It marks the first day of the first month (Farvardin) in the Iranian calendar.
Nowruz has been celebrated by Persians as well as millions people from diverse communities for over 3,000 years in Western Asia, Central Asia, the Caucasus, the Black Sea Basin, and the Balkans.
Join us for this market where art and craft from local artists will be on display and available to purchase to complement your Nowruz spread. There will be live traditional music, poetry, refreshments and so much more.
